All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check your order status on the courier’s website.
Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-delivery arrangements. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If an order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your household members or neighbors first before reaching out to us.
